The Elemnt Double yolk, is a mid length egg twin fin model that can paddle and cruise like a midlength, but with more hold, drive and manoeuvrability. Its design has a medium/low rocker curve, and a combination of pronounced vee and deep double concave bottom contours with low rails. Can be ridden in small slow mushy conditions, yet still perform when its overhead and hollow.

The Jumbo Jet has a 2 + 1 fin set up that turns easily thanks to the smooth lines of the round tail. Complimented by a tucked edge in the tail and modern rocker the Jumbo Jet accommodates the surfer that wants to go down the line, hit the section, and move the board where ever it needs to go.
Throw in a little nose concave to help create lift for those heavier surfers allowing them to nose ride like a champ. The Jumbo Jet goes well in all conditions from small crappy beach breaks to beautiful points and steeper more challenging waves.

The Mini Magic Dual-Core is a scaled down version of Walden's famous Magic Model. This is a good choice for a smaller surfer, people who are transitioning from a shortboard to a longboard or vice versa - longboarders wanting to go shorter while still maintaining some volume and float. The Dual-Core gives the Mini Magic the best of both style of constructions with PolyUrethane on the rails and EPS in the Center. The PU foam is laminated to the EPS with a TPU material which provides more pop and response.
Like the bigger Magic Model the hull has a unique design, the front 1/2 of the hull is concave, this single concave transitions into a double concave in the rear 1/3 and ends towards the tail that has a moderate “V”. The rails are hard. The concave nose adds lift and stability, perfect for nose riding. The double concaved hull and hard rails make the board fast, stabile, responsive and maneuverable in all conditions. This board performs as well as slow surf as it does on speedy beach breaks. Biaxial Fibre Glass has about half of its fibres aligned along the length of the cloth (0 degrees) and about half across the cloth (90 degrees) lending itself as a perfect option for creating a controlled flex pattern.Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is a version of polystyrene foam typically found in the core of Firewire surfboards. EPS is typically the lightest of the three foams used in surfboard construction resulting in a much lighter board translating to increased buoyancy and floatation. Basically the lowest density or lightest board will float you the best! The advantage of better buoyancy is added paddling speed and increased manoeuvrability allowing you to ride a smaller board. EPS foam core is also less likely to deteriorate over time!
Epoxy Resin is a healthier alternative to polyester as epoxy emits 50-75% fewer VOCs (volatile organic compounds) than polyester resin, which means a decrease in harmful chemicals in the shop and the environment in general. In fact, epoxy is a common household item, safe to use without a mask and with only moderate ventilation. Epoxy is lighter than polyester. Under most circumstances, resin makes up a large part of a completed board’s overall weight. Not only is epoxy lighter than polyester, but less is needed per coat. This ends up meaning a lighter surfboard – a big plus for most surfers. The biggest bonus However is the durability and strength of epoxy resin.

The Chopper is a versatile shape – it’s a cruisey ride when the conditions suit, but give it a big open face and it’ll fire on all cylinders.
We’ve updated the shape with more forward volume for a more flowy, forward trim style of surfing from the front half of the board but with slightly more flip in the tail rocker for tighter turns and aggressive surfing. This is a very user friendly board that suits small wave days and pumping days as well.
With a 2+1 fin set-up it can be ridden as anything from glidey single fin, 2+1 or thruster.

THE SCIENCE
Torq ACT surfboards are the world’s first EPS/Epoxy Pre-Preg surfboards. The technological advantages are immense, but the most significant advantage is 100% controlled process with ZERO surplus resin.
On any surfboard the resin’s function is to hold the fiber in place. It offers little structural integrity of it’s own, little flex and little impact strength. As a material without the fiber it is heavy and brittle. Any surplus resin is dead weight - resisting flex, adding weight.
With Pre-Preg process the perfect amount of resin is added to the cloth by machine, before the shaped blank is laid up - zero surplus, zero dead weight.
