Curve Aero Roof Rack Pads will fit most aero type roof racks. When we were unable to get a roof rack pad to fit aero style bars we commissioned and helped Curve Surf to design these pads.

Built from high density moulded foam wrapped in a durable, weather resistant nylon outer, these pads are mounted on the tops of aero roofracks, with full length heavy duty Velcro wrapping under the bar to fix the pads in place.


Suitable for SUP, Surf boards, Kayaks, Windsurfers or anything you need to give extra protection during transportation.

Transport your surfboards with these 18-inch wide rack pads with upper padding and a sleek hook-and-loop closure holding them in place. The Aero Rack Pads are offered in two sizes to fit a range of crossbar circumferences.

Step 1:

Remove the hard key from your electronic key or grab your surf key. Remember, these keys should only unlock your car, not start it.

Step 2:

Place the key that starts your car in our RFID-blocking pouch, included with our Deluxe Key Safe. Hide the pouch in your car. Note: Foil pouches don’t block the signal well enough. We also sell RFID pouches as separates if needed.

Step 3:

For added security and to protect your insurance, we suggest adding another line of defence and using an FK Surf Combination steering lock on your steering wheel.

Step 4:

Lock your car and secure the key in the FK Key Safe. Attach it to a safe and hidden spot on your car.

Now you can go and surf with peace of mind, knowing your car and belongings are safe!
